This antique map, created in 1665, depicts the region of Bohemia in the early 17th century. Bohemia, which is now modern-day Czechia, was bordered by Slovakia, Poland, and Germany. The map shows the central locations of Praha, Vlašim, and Benešov, but does not provide too much detail beyond that. Bohemia was a prosperous region at the time, known for its agriculture and industry, particularly in the production of glass and textiles. The region was also home to a significant Jewish population and had a rich cultural history.
