Returns Policy

As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we do not accept returns for non-faulty goods, in compliance with EU and UK consumer law. However, if items are faulty or damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

To notify us of any issues, please contact us via email at quoting your order number and detailing the nature of the issue. It is most important you attach a number of clear photos evidencing the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to return the product. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is found to be defective or damaged, a replacement will be issued, or a full refund will be provided. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, but may take up to 28 days in some cases.

Please note: Shipping costs for orders you wish to return will not be reimbursed.

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty, please notify us immediately. Where possible, we will correct the issue and send a replacement. If the issue cannot be rectified, we will issue a full refund.

Please be aware that minor variations in colour between the on-screen display and the final printed product do not constitute a fault, as outlined in Section 4 (Specifications) of our terms and conditions.

Goods Supplied in Error

If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for its collection and supply the correct item at no extra cost. Orders must be confirmed in writing, as we do not accept responsibility for verbally communicated orders.

Unwanted Goods

As each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for unwanted goods unless they are faulty or damaged. This complies with both UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU law, which exempts custom-made goods from the right to return.

Customs Fees

For international orders, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are beyond our control and must be paid by the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs.

You are encouraged to review your country’s customs regulations before placing an order. All our international shipments are declared accurately in accordance with the destination country’s import laws and are not marked as gifts.

Please note that any unforeseen delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance are not our responsibility.
