Terms of Sale:
Once payment is complete we send your product into production. Production time is approximately 1-3 working days for prints, framed prints and other products will take us approximately 5 working days to produce. Postage is arranged immediately after production is complete. Selecting the ‘overnight’ upgrade will expedite both production and delivery. These timings are not guaranteed.
Delivery follows. The estimated delivery times noted on this website are just that; estimates. Our default method is ‘Budget’ shipping. More about Shipping Methods can be found here: world-of-art-prints.com/pages/shipping. ‘Budget’ does not include tracking and should be avoided for international deliveries.
If you select a method of shipping which includes tracking we will provide the tracking code within 12 hours of dispatch via email. As we offer shipping worldwide we cannot guarantee that tracking information will be available immediately in all countries. We highly recommend the ‘Express’ shipping upgrade should this be a concern.
Lost items are considered such after 21 days from dispatch. Please review our refund and returns pages. Should an item be considered lost we will immediately offer a refund or a replacement. That replacement will be sent with the ‘Express’ shipping upgrade at no extra charge to you.
Urgent Orders:
Shipping Estimates are given as such. Guaranteed dispatch dates can be arranged but do contact us in advance so we can discuss additional charges. Full information on shipping estimates can be found on our shipping page. Please note that though the ‘Overnight’ upgrade does involve an overnight courier, this will follow production. Production will be expedited but we do not produce your item overnight. These timings are not guaranteed.
Worldwide Production:
Most products are produced globally to expedite delivery and minimise additional charges. If we do not offer production in your country or region import taxes may apply. We are cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs. You’ll find a note of where your selected product will be produced on the Checkout page.
Customs Declarations:
We state fully, and clearly the contents of our packages. ie. “Poster for Decorative Use by Recipient” etc. Despite this it does seem that Customs do occasionally investigate items when they so wish. We can’t offer any further information regarding customs in a general sense.
